Place: St. Croix Lutheran High School track - 1200 Oakdale Avenue West St. Paul, MN
Teams: St. Croix Lutheran, Mounds Park Academy, New Life Academy, Christ's Household of Faith, Liberty Classical Academy and Trinity School at River Ridge
Time: Running and Field Events will start promptly at 4:00pm. PLEASE leave school quickly to get to the track and allow enough time to warmup for your events.

Time: Coaches meeting at 3:45; field events and running events start at 4:00.
Spikes: Please have your athletes wear ¼” pyramid or less. Shot and discus surfaces are of concrete. Blocks will be furnished.
Workers: Please provide workers to run one event.
Field Event Order: Boys’ Shot followed by Girls’ Shot
Boys’ High jump followed by Girls’ High Jump
Girls’ Discus followed by Boys” Discus
Girls’ Pole Vault followed by Boys’ Pole vault
Long Jump and Triple Jump: Cafeteria style: Cafeteria style with start at 4:00 and closing at 7:00
Entries: Unlimited entries. Only three from each school can score. Please read the attached information concerning electronic entries.
Heats: Will be run fast to slow.
Prelims/Finals: No prelims, all events are finals. Four jumps for long and triple.
Scoring: Individual: 10-8-6-4-2-1 Relays: 10-8-6-4-2
Chalk: No tape on any surface. Chalk is provided.
