Dates: Thursday, June 2nd & Saturday, June 4th
Place: St. Croix Lutheran in West St. Paul (1200 Oakdale Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55118)
Time: Athletes should report to the St. Croix Lutheran track at 11:30am on Thursday, June 2nd and at 9:00am on Saturday, June 4th. Events start at 12:30pm on Thursday and 10:00am on Saturday.

Spike Rule: 1/4 pyramid spikes and smaller are allowed.
Advancement to State:
- 1st and 2nd place finishers in an individual event advance
- 1st and 2nd place teams in a relay event advance
- if any state standard qualifying mark/time/distance is obtained in a running event final, or field event prelim or final, they also advance

New Prague Last Chance Meet Results

The New Prague Last Chance Meet ended up being cut short due to lightning during the Boys 200m. Several field events were still in session and the 3200m and 4x400m relays had yet to be run.

Meet: New Prague Last Chance Meet
Date: Tuesday, May 24th, 2016
Place: New Prague High School (221 12th Street NE, New Prague, MN 56071)
Directions:
- 494 West to 35E South
- 35E South to County Road 2/260th Street (exit 76) for about 24 miles, go West
- stay on 260th Street through traffic circle
- after about 15 miles, turn left (south) onto Drexel Avenue
- take Drexel Avenue south and follow 270th Street going west (right)
- 270th Street becomes 12th Street NE
- less than a mile is New Prague high school on the north side and the track on the south side of the road, just after Columbus Avenue
Time: Athletes will leave immediately following school at 3:00pm, to be on the road no later than 3:10pm and at the track by 4:00pm. Field events will start at 4:00pm and the first running events will start at 4:15pm.

Class A State True Team Meet
Meet: State True Team Meet - Class A Girls
Date: Saturday, May 21st, 2016
Place: Stillwater High School (5701 Stillwater Blvd N, Oak Park Heights, MN 55082) - from Trinity you will take 494 East for about 22 miles...through where it turns into 694 North to MN Hwy 36, take the MN Hwy 36 East for about 6 miles, then take the exit for Stillwater Blvd North and go right (south). Stillwater high school should be one block ahead on your right (east) on 58th Street North.
Time: Athletes should be at Stillwater no later than 8:45am, to setup camp and get ready. We will have the girls team walk a lap, jog 2 laps and do their active warmup together. We seem to have a hard time getting loose at the morning meets, so we are hoping this helps. By 9:30am we will be able to do run-throughs and practice for field events. Field events start at 10:00am, running events start at 11:00am.

Date: Saturday, May 21st, 2016
Place: Stillwater High School (5701 Stillwater Blvd N, Oak Park Heights, MN 55082) - from Trinity you will take 494 East for about 22 miles...through where it turns into 694 North to MN Hwy 36, take the MN Hwy 36 East for about 6 miles, then take the exit for Stillwater Blvd North and go right (south). Stillwater high school should be one block ahead on your right (east) on 58th Street North.
Time: Athletes should be at Stillwater no later than 8:45am, to setup camp and get ready. We will have the girls team walk a lap, jog 2 laps and do their active warmup together. We seem to have a hard time getting loose at the morning meets, so we are hoping this helps. By 9:30am we will be able to do run-throughs and practice for field events. Field events start at 10:00am, running events start at 11:00am.

MCAA Conference Meet Information
Meet: MCAA Conference Meet
Date: Tuesday, May 17th, 2016
Place: Hastings High School (200 General Sieben Drive, Hastings, MN 55033) - Argenta Trail from Trinity to Hwy 55 East, stay on 55 through the 52/55 split and go north on General Sieben Drive as you enter Hastings
Time: Athletes will leave immediately following school at 3:00pm, to be on the road no later than 3:10pm and at the track by 3:40pm. Field events and the first running events will start at 4:00pm.
Schools Participating: Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity, Legacy Christian Academy, Maranatha Christian Academy, New Life Academy, Spectrum, St. Croix Prep, Southwest Christian, Trinity School at River Ridge and West Lutheran

Time: Athletes will leave immediately following school at 3:00pm, to be on the road no later than 3:10pm and at the track by 3:40pm. Field events and the first running events will start at 4:00pm.

We will be running the pole vault competition for boys and girls athletes. Coach Kim Kelly-Sommer will run the event and two parent workers will assist her. Meet: Section 4A True Team Meet
Date: Tuesday, May 10th, 2016
Place: Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School (8700 County Rd 6 SW, Howard Lake, MN 55349) - from Trinity you will take 494 West for about 19 miles to MN Hwy 5 West, take the MN Hwy 5 West/Arboretum Blvd W exit west for about 10 miles, then follow MN Hwy 7 west for another 20 miles to Babcock Avenue and go north, Babcock Avenue will turn into County Rd 6 SW, take that road for 9 miles, through Winsted, to Howard Lake high school.
Time: Athletes will be dismissed from school at 11:45am, to be on the road by 12:00pm and at the track by 1:00pm. Field events start at 1:45pm, running events start at 2:00pm.

Place: Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School (8700 County Rd 6 SW, Howard Lake, MN 55349) - from Trinity you will take 494 West for about 19 miles to MN Hwy 5 West, take the MN Hwy 5 West/Arboretum Blvd W exit west for about 10 miles, then follow MN Hwy 7 west for another 20 miles to Babcock Avenue and go north, Babcock Avenue will turn into County Rd 6 SW, take that road for 9 miles, through Winsted, to Howard Lake high school.
Time: Athletes will be dismissed from school at 11:45am, to be on the road by 12:00pm and at the track by 1:00pm. Field events start at 1:45pm, running events start at 2:00pm.

Parent workers will be working with Coach Kim Kelly-Sommer to run the pole vault for the girls at the start of the meet. Be prepared to help her to put up the bar, measure and record athlete attempts at that event area.
Spike Rule: 1/4 pyramid spikes and smaller are allowed.
Scoring: True Team scoring is unique in that each place is worth points to the team.
Boys and girls individuals: 36 (1st place)-35 (2nd place)-34 (3rd place)-etc...down to 1 (36th place) Boys and girls relays: 54 (1st place)-51 (2nd place)-48 (3rd place)-etc...down to 3 (18th place)
The stronger and deeper team usually wins.
