Update: The meet was cancelled, but distance runners are encourage to do the following workout:
- Warm up
Schools: Jordan, Holy Family, Math and Science Academy, Trinity at River Ridge, Tri-City United, LeSueur-Henderson, Lester Prairie, & St. Peter
- Run a hard 5 minutes out from where you're starting (at or around somewhere between mile and two mile race pace). Active rest for 6-8 minutes. Keep moving to stay warm. Then try to make it back in less time than you took to get where you are.
- Long easy cooldown of >10 minutes
Spikes: 1/4 inch pyramid
Field Events: 4:00pm
Running Events: 4:15pm
