1 - Overhead Wall Bounces - x25 reps
2 - Body Squat - x12 reps
3 - Lunge Walk w/Twist - x6 reps each leg
4 - Woodchoppers - x10 reps each side
5 - V-Sit Twists - x20 reps each side
6 - Back-to-Back Pass w/Partner - x20 reps each direction
7 - Side Toss w/Partner - x10 tosses each side
8 - Overhead Situp Toss w/Partner - x15 reps
9 - Side Throw - x5 reps each side
10 - Squat-Throw-Sprint - x10 reps
11 - Overhead Backward Throw - x10 reps
12 - Floor Slams - x10 reps
