Weekend Workout


For a distance workout this weekend, try to get a long run in Saturday of 50-60 minutes. Do your best to keep it easy. The goal is not to wear yourself out! At the end, do 6x50m strides focusing on good form and high knees. Do typical stretching and warmup/cooldown routine.

For Sunday, try to get just a short 30 minute easy run in. Finish the last two minutes faster. Do 4x50m strides at the end. Do typical stretching and warmup/cooldown routine.
